Thanks to funding obtained from the Emilia-Romagna Region through the Call for the Support of Social Innovation Projects, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund and the Cohesion Fund as part of the Regional Program PR-FESR 2021-2027, MTM has launched the Acadlink project.
Acadlink is an innovative platform designed to bridge the gap between education and the labor market. By leveraging advanced digital tools and the direct involvement of businesses and universities, Acadlink offers young people an interactive educational and professional experience based on contests, corporate challenges, and networking opportunities.
The project’s goal is to provide participants with practical skills and direct connections to companies, facilitating their entry into the workforce and the development of the most in-demand soft skills.

Project description: AcadLink is a digital platform that connects students, companies, and universities through contests and networking, facilitating job placement, soft skills development, and social innovation within a sustainable ecosystem.
Project objectives
The objectives of the Acadlink project focus on creating an innovative digital ecosystem that fosters collaboration among students, businesses, and institutions, providing a dynamic environment where young professionals can develop skills and build professional relationships. Through the platform, the project aims to promote social innovation, encouraging participation in challenges and real-world projects that allow young people to gain hands-on experience and showcase their talent.
Another fundamental aspect of Acadlink is its strong emphasis on social inclusion and professional growth, particularly targeting NEETs (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) – young individuals who are often excluded from both the job market and educational opportunities. The project seeks to bridge the gap between education and employment, creating structured development pathways that facilitate the transition from learning to the workforce.
Finally, Acadlink is committed to sustainability, reducing the need for physical travel through a fully digital system. This approach not only improves accessibility but also minimizes environmental impact, promoting innovative and eco-friendly solutions in education and recruitment.
How Acadlink works
AcadLink provides an interactive experience that enables students and young professionals to engage with the job market through an innovative system based on corporate contests and challenges. Participating companies launch targeted challenges designed to identify new talents and develop innovative solutions, offering students the opportunity to work on real-world projects and test their skills in practical settings.
The educational path within the platform is highly customizable, designed to enhance transversal skills through an active and engaging learning model. Students can gain hands-on experience, working on concrete projects and acquiring essential knowledge for their future careers.
AcadLink also facilitates networking opportunities between young professionals and companies, fostering connections that can lead to internships, mentorship programs, and professional collaborations. The goal is to build a solid bridge between education and employment, making it easier for young people to enter the job market.
