It is with great excitement that MTM S.r.l. announces its participation in the 31st edition of FIME – Florida International Medical Expo – to be held July 27-29, 2022, at the Miami Beach Convention Center, USA. MTM S.r.l. was, in fact, one of the European companies selected to participate in the U.S. event as part of the promotional activities to support internationalization promoted by the EIC – Overseas Trade Fairs 2.0 program.

FIME has established itself over the past 30 years as the leading medical trade show and exhibition in the Americas, bringing together thousands of medical device and equipment manufacturers and suppliers, dealers, distributors, and healthcare professionals who appreciate the power of learning, networking, and business. The three-day event, which will be held in hybrid form again this year, provides a solid business platform for more than 700 exhibitors from over 45 countries, including national pavilions to showcase cutting-edge innovations and device solutions.

FIME attendees will be able to touch on the latest technologies, including digital wearable devices, patient monitoring apps, single-use products and telemedicine systems. A number of multidisciplinary business conferences focusing on the latest trends and opportunities in the global medical technology market will be held in parallel with the exhibition, providing an opportunity to conduct important conversations and connect with industry professionals.

The fair offers the MTM S.r.l. Team a valuable opportunity to introduce ROG, its latest project in the Med-Tech field, to the important audience in attendance.

ROG is a highly interactive and responsive software application that enables users to perform virtual heart surgery simulation. Specifically, through a patented method of generating 3D images of pathological tissues, the software is able to digitize the organ in its true state and size. Thus leveraging Virtual Reality and AI technologies, ROG can pinpoint the exact location of pathologies and enable users to interact with the organ and perform virtual surgical simulation activities. The project aims to strengthen the healthcare sector’s confidence in new technologies to accelerate their research, development and adoption to provide more and better care for patients in need.

FIME 2022 proves to be the ideal context for MTM S.r.l.-which will be located within the European Pavilion-to interact, discuss and present, on a global level, its innovative project in the medical field.
