With the support received from Regione Lombardia under the “Voucher digitali 4.0 – Lombardia 2025” program, MTM S.r.l. has launched the operational phases of the MATCH – Matching Advanced Technology for Credentials and Hackathons project, with the technological support of Monokee S.r.l. and Planetario S.r.l., specialized providers in digital decision-making processes, cybersecurity, and applied artificial intelligence.

Initiative implemented under the “Voucher digitali 4.0 – Lombardia 2025” program, within the framework of the Collaboration Agreement for the development and competitiveness of the Lombard economic system.

Objective: To meet the innovation needs of Lombard SMEs through the digital transformation of processes, products, and services involving at least one of the main Industry 4.0 digital technologies.

Project description:  Development of an advanced digital platform for managing hackathons and matching skills with companies, with the goal of enhancing innovation and the digitalization of training processes.

Objectives

The MATCH project was created to address the growing need to digitize and enhance the organization of innovative training events such as hackathons. It aims to improve the matching between talents and companies while enhancing participants’ skills using enabling technologies of the Industry 4.0 paradigm.

The main goal is to develop an intelligent, secure, and scalable digital platform capable of:

  • optimizing the management and analysis of corporate data;
  • supporting team selection and training through predictive algorithms;
  • ensuring security, reliability, and compliance in handling sensitive information;
  • generating strategic KPIs to enhance event quality and skills profiling.

Proposed Solution

The technological core of the MATCH project is an integrated ecosystem composed of infrastructural modules, intelligent algorithms, and management interfaces, structured as follows:

Infrastructure and Data Management

  • Analysis of information flows and design of CRM, DMS, and BI modules;
  • Technology scouting and definition of system architecture;
  • Integration of modules into MTM’s processes through a scalable rollout plan.

Cybersecurity and Business Continuity

  • Risk and vulnerability analysis, attack simulations, and backup procedures;
  • Drafting of a technical-strategic plan to ensure platform reliability and resilience;
  • Ongoing monitoring through risk exposure indicators (e.g., CEI – Cyber Exposure Index).

Decision Intelligence

  • Integration of the AT-Nexus suite for real-time decision support;
  • Predictive skill analysis, automatic creation of synergic teams, and event optimization;
  • Modular integration with ERP, CRM, MES, HRMS, and BI systems.

Lead Organization

MTM S.r.l. is the lead organization and applicant of the MATCH project. It is responsible for strategic planning, operational coordination, and functional validation of the system.

MTM ensures the project’s alignment with the digital transformation goals set by the “Voucher digitali 4.0 – Lombardia 2025” program and guarantees methodological coherence and the transformative value of the initiative. It also contributes to the project’s future sustainability and replicability.

Project Collaborations

The project is implemented by MTM S.r.l., with the technical support of two specialized providers:

  • Monokee S.r.l., a company with consolidated expertise in cybersecurity and scalable digital infrastructures;
  • Planetario S.r.l., specialized in predictive systems and advanced data analytics.
